| How / when do I pay for the restoration? | |

like to keep things simple so ...... 1. You send your photograph/s to us via the Post Office "Special Delivery" service. Include a brief note of what you hope to achieve and contact telephone number / email address. 2. We will complete the work for you and return your original photograph/s together with restored prints and an invoice to the value of the work undertaken. 3. You check the work and send us a cheque for the amount payable. That's all there is to it! Remember, your original photograph/s will be returned in exactly the same condition as we receive them . No alterations of any kind will be made to the original. All work is carried out on a digital copy which we will produce by scanning the original. We will contact you if there is anything that we need to know from you in relation to the work to be undertaken. Similarly, please feel free to write, email or telephone if you have any questions that you would like to raise before sending an item to us. We are always happy to discuss matters in detail. Please remove any frames or glass from any photographs sent to us unless removing them would result in damage to the image. If this is the case, please ring us first for advice. IMPORTANT ! Please be sure to read our terms and conditions below: All customers must own the copyright to any images sent for restoration, or have the written permission of the copyright owner. The sender of any image will be held liable for any breach of copyright and any costs arising from any legal action or damages resulting from any copyright infringement. We will not accept any pornographic or obscene images and the sender of any such image will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. We will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any photographs or images that occurs during transit to or from our premises. We reserve the right to refuse, without explanation, any request for our services. You may be assured that we will take every care of your photographs whilst they are in our possession, or in transit to you. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused and sending any item to us denotes acceptance if all our terms and conditions.
